Q

How long will my order take to arrive?

A

Orders without customisation will be despatched the same working day if ordered before 2.00 p.m. Orders with customisation, including orders with embroidered badges, are typically despatched in only 2 working days from confirmation of artwork. Please allow up to 1 day for shipping.

 

Please note orders with short sleeving will take approximately 4 working days on top of the above timescales to complete.

Can I specify a different delivery address?

A

If you want your goods to be shipped to another address, please fill out the delivery address section on the screen upon checkout. Please note however that for a first order, the delivery must be to the cardholders address.

What if it is the wrong size on arrival?

A

If we have shipped a different size to what you confirmed, we will replace the goods free of charge. However we cannot replace customised goods supplied in accordance with the customisation sheets that you have confirmed. We therefore strongly suggest that you have a sample if you are unsure of sizes.

Any goods that are supplied uncustomised can be returned for an exchange providing that they are done so in an unused condition.

How do I arrange for a sample to be sent?

A

You can request a sample of your preferred garment by emailing us at enquiries@footballkit.co.uk. We require card details to hold as security until the goods are returned but the card will not be charged unless you fail to return the sample.

Unfortunately due to high carriage amounts we are unable to send samples internationally.

Can you invoice the sponsor directly?

A

When you place an order, you will be sent a link so you can confirm all artwork and pay for your order. There will be an option for you to send the invoice to a sponsor for payment.

How do I make payment?

A

Full payment must be made before your order goes into processing. Payment can be made via Cheque, Credit or Debit Card and Bacs Transfer.

Is there a minimum order value?

No we have no minimum order value.

Can I collect from the warehouse?

A

Yes, but this needs to be arranged in advance of the collection.

What should I do if a parcel hasn't been delivered by the specified date?

A

What is the delivery charge?

A

UK mainland delivery is £4.99 on orders less than £50.00 and for everything else it is £7.55 per order.

What should I do if the item that I want to order is not on the Club shop?

Contact the Sales Advisor who will add the item so that it can be ordered.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

No, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes as all parcels need a signature upon delivery.

Can I request a customised sample?

A

No, samples are sent uncustomised and are for sizing and colour purposes only.

Can I request 2 of the same item in a sample?

A

No, a sample is limited to 6 individual items and each item must be different (you can request the same item in different colours and sizes, but not 2 or more items exactly the same)

How many items can I request on a sample order?

A

Samples are strictly limited to 6 garments only (however a Rio shirt + Baselayer counts as 1 garment) and we are unable to send samples of accessories. Should you place a sample request and already have a sample order (taking the total number of garments over 6) either in transit or in your possession we will hold the second request until the original items are either returned or paid for.

Can I get a long sleeve shirt as short sleeved?

A

Yes, we do offer a 'short sleeve' option for long sleeved shirts. This is available through the kit builder at the 'Back numbers/names' section. Additional cost of £2.50 per shirt applies and an extra 4 working days are added to the despatch date.

How do I get a quote?

Alternatively, you can get a quote via our website. Select the products you require and any personalisation and add them to the shopping cart. When you are finished click through to the shopping cart.

Click the “Request Quote” button. Fill in your details and the quote will be emailed to you. A copy is also sent to our sales team so that if you would like to make changes or complete your order our team has your quote to hand.
