Maintenance Worker - part Time
1 part time vacancy now available.
Up to 5 hours per month, occasionally more depending on work required.
General maintenance and upkeep of the building such as:
- Painting
- Basic plumbing
- Emergency light testing
- Repairing/ replacing fixtures or fittings

Embroidery Machine Operator - Full Time
37.5 hours per week - Sunday to Thursday.
Responsible for setting up, running and maintaining the embroidery machines, stock Management, and correct order selection.
Working in other areas of the business in the slow periods will be required. Shifts patterns apply through the busy periods.
Essential skills required for this role are:

SALES ADVISER - TEMPORARY POSITION

37.5 hours per week – weekend rotas will apply.

The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and a good telephone manner.
- Answering customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Processing phone and website orders by phone, email, post or in person
- Taking sample requests and any other general office duties.

PRINT OPERATOR - TEMPORARY POSITION

37.5 hours per week – weekend and shift patterns will apply from August.
9-5:30 Mon-Fri with an hour for lunch or Sunday - Thursday 9-5:30 with an hour for lunch.
Shift patterns start in August until October and are either 6am-2pm with 30 min lunch or 2pm-10pm with 30 min lunch.
We need someone who has a good eye for detail, self-motivated, who can work independently but also works well with others.
The job entails:
- Loading print machines with customer’s artwork.
- Checking carefully, it’s correct for colour, size, text, and quality before moving onto the next process.

This is an opportunity for someone to join a small team of Heat Press Operators applying print media to garments.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Apply print media to garments as per the pressing instructions.
- Attention to detail is key to this role.>/span>
- Liaise with the Heat Press Supervisor throughout the day regarding orders that need to be pressed in order to meet the production cycle deadlines.

This is an opportunity for someone to join a small team in the Warehouse. The key requirements are to pick sales orders, stock replenishment, assist with deliveries and all other Warehouse duties.

DESPATCH OPERATOR - TEMPORARY POSITION

This is an opportunity for someone to join a small team in the Despatch Area.
The key requirements are, to check customers’ orders visually and manually before they are despatched, ensuring that all the goods are up to the specified standard. Any issues should be raised and rectified by communication and understanding other departments.

Digital Marketing - TEMPORARY POSITION
Vacancy from May to Oct 2025.
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

This is an opportunity for someone to join a small Web Team.
The key responsibilities include:
- Creating & updating online services platforms including club shops, SignOnline & CLUB+.
- Assisting with website administration using a CMS platform.
- Answering customer enquiries by phone & email.
- Other administration tasks as necessary

Customer Services Assistant - TEMPORARY POSITION
Vacancy from May to Nov 2025.
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
9-5:30 Mon-Fri with an hour for lunch or Sunday - Thursday 9-5:30 with an hour for lunch.
Shift patterns start in August until October and are either 6am-2pm with 30 min lunch, 2pm-10pm with 30 min lunch.
The key responsibilities include:
- Opening parcels returned by customers and processing exchanges and returns on the company's ordering system.
- Return sample orders back to stock as per the procedure.
- Raise credit notes on Sage200 for product refunds.
- Communicate with customers requiring specific assistance with problems as required.
- Record any product quality issues and liaise with the Quality Department if necessary.
